I didn't have my cell phone on me yesterday and she made the effort to track me down and let me know she had a conflict and make sure it was alright that I meet with this other agent. However, I had forgotten that we still needed to set a price and didn't remember until later after we were off the phone. At that point I couldn't get a hold of her again. Anyway, even after pull the comparables and sending them to Andy and talking to Andy, she still suggests $68,500.
